Bookings
By booking an appointment with Jasmine Thai Therapy, you acknowledge and accept our Terms & Conditions. You also commit to attending the scheduled appointment. Appointments may be made through our website, via WhatsApp, or by telephone. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email outlining all relevant details. Our sessions are available in durations ranging from one to two hours. Once your appointment is booked, a confirmation email will be sent containing all necessary information.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. If you anticipate that circumstances - such as illness or adverse weather conditions - may prevent your attendance, please notify us as early as possible. Failure to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice ("no show"), will result in the full appointment fee being charged, as we may be unable to fill your reserved slot at short notice.
Late Arrivals
It is essential to adhere to the agreed appointment time and duration. While we understand that unforeseen events can cause delays or necessitate early departures, we are not able to extend sessions beyond the allotted time or adjust subsequent appointments to compensate for lost time.
Informed Consent
I understand that the massage provided is intended for relaxation and relief of muscular tension and myofascial pain appropriate for soft tissue therapies. Should I experience discomfort or pain during the session, I will promptly inform the therapist so that adjustments can be made to suit my comfort level. I recognise that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and I should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
I acknowledge that the massage therapist is not licensed to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illnesses, and no comments made during the session should be interpreted otherwise. As certain medical conditions may preclude massage, I affirm that I have disclosed all known medical conditions and have completed the online form truthfully.
I agree to keep the therapist informed of any changes to my health profile and understand that the therapist shall bear no liability if I fail to provide updated information.
I acknowledge that late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the booking schedule.
Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive remarks or behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full appointment fee remaining payable.
I confirm that I have completed the online form, including the medical declaration, and have acknowledged reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
